How do I book an inflatable house?

Hiring an Inflatable house from us is as easy as 1,2,3. First, determine if you are booking for house parties or business bookings, when you will need the party house and the type of party house package you’re wanting to hire. Have a look at our extensive range of party houses or contact us for suggestions. Then, “Enquire Online” or give us a call on 0466546546.

On the day, your uniformed blow up parties operator will arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time, A time pre-confirmed with you the day prior, and will set everything up for you, including briefing you on how to enjoy the inflatable house safely. Enjoy the Inflatable House. Then, after the scheduled hire period, your blow up parties operator will collect and pack up the inflatable house.

In order to avoid disappointment we suggest you make your booking as soon as possible. You are welcome to enquire and place a party house on hold for a short period (1 week) to provide you with time for any last-minute discussions or organising regarding the upcoming event prior to confirming the booking.

The prices for each Inflatable House are listed. Additional costs would be incurred if the inflatable(s) require generator(s) ($100 per inflatable) or require supervision ($50 p/h for one supervisor or $75 p/h for 2 supervisors). Surcharges may apply on public holidays. For private hires in parks or public spaces please contact us as council permission is required. There may be a small council application fee.

All inflatable house booking prices include local delivery, setup, pack up and all required equipment. Additional costs would be incurred if the inflatable(s) require a generator ($200 per inflatable) or require supervision ($50 p/h for one supervisor or $75 p/h for 2 supervisors). Additional delivery costs will be incurred if you are located over 25km from Condell Park.

For private hires in parks or public spaces please contact us as council permission is required.

You will be required to have at least 1metre  clearance along the access path. Please also consider if there are any obstructions such as air-conditioning units, water heaters or anything that may be blocking the access path. Please note that most inflatables weigh between 100kgs and 200kgs so we need advance notice of any stairs or difficult access.

Payment must be made in advance of the booking date. For business/corporate customers payment is required prior to the event date unless another arrangement has been made in advance of the booking date. Accepted payment methods are cheque, invoice or over the phone credit card payments.

Yes. A booking deposit of $100 or 25% of the total invoiced amount (whichever is the greater amount). The inflatables will not be reserved until the booking deposit is paid.

Deposit is non refundable.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, We will assist you in rescheduling for a future date. Cancellations must be made within 2 weeks of your event. For detailed information on our cancellation policy and terms and conditions, please contact us directly.

The inflatable can be used during light rain as long as the electrical outlets are covered & stored safely, and care must be taken after rain has occurred to dry down the inflatable itself is wet including the entrance/exit of the inflatable. Any extreme weather conditions will result in the inflatable needed to be deflated and electrical sources moved and stored in a safe and dry area until pickup

We cater for anywhere in Sydney and can deliver outside this location if desired. Delivery is FREE within 20km radius of Condell Park 2200.

Our Inflatable Houses each have their own maximum capacity on average but it also depends on the Inflatable House selected. It is the responsible supervising adult that must ensure an appropriate number of guests are utilising the Inflatable House at any given time. We are happy to run through the procedure’s involved before or at your event and will leave written guidelines on this with you on the day.

Yes. You are required to have a responsible adult supervising the Inflatable House at all times whilst in use as per our hire agreement OR have one of our staff members do so at our rates provided.
Supervision = $50 p/h (one supervisor).
Supervision = $75 p/h (two supervisors).

Yes, we will arrive earlier than your booking start time and this time will be optional when making the booking but our operators will deliver the equipment approximately 1 hour before your agreed start time at the latest.

Yes. We provide a minimum of 160kg of “non-scratch” weight bags to safely secure the Inflatable House in place. You must let us know when making the booking for us to arrange this.

Yes. We provide written safety instructions and guidelines with every hire as well as the most basic verbal instructions on the day of the hire.

The process is very fast and generally takes only about 45 minutes to setup and about the same amount of time to remove. Naturally times may vary depending on your Inflatable House selection and access to the premises and where the Inflatable House was deployed. We’ll always aim to arrive at least one hour prior to your start time.

Yes. If you booked the Inflatable House from 12pm to 4pm for example, we would have the Inflatable House operational by 12pm and not return until 4pm or afterwards, unless you requested otherwise in which case the price would still remain the same.
